I Love Love

I have always loved love, in every shape and size.  Its hard to love, love when your heart is broken.  It is hard to see love when your heart is broken.  I still love to see people in love,  that gaze.  It warms my soul but now it breaks my heart.  Once upon a time I had true love, the stuff that books are written about.  The kind of love I could only have imagined in my dreams.  In one day it was all taken from me,  i am working really hard to keep things together.  When a heart is broken does it really ever truly heal?  I know that one day I will not feel all of this pain but, will it ever really go away?  I just want to wake up and not think about it.  I want to see the world as I always have, with love!  I want to love love again!  I want to see people in love and not have my heart hurt!  I want to see people in love and not think about the pain.  Will a heart ever truly heal???  I dont know.......if you find out let me know.  I would like to start repairing mine as soon as possible.

Maybe one day you will see.....

Joyce, Just a few

These are just a few from the shoot I did with Joyce.  I filled up a memory card for sure!!!  I am nowhere near done editing but I had to post these!!!  It is impossible to say that one would be my favorite but the top picture for sure is one of mine.  I seriously felt like I was shooting a movie star!!!!  Thank you so much Joyce for letting me shoot a million pictures of you.

Falling Leaves and Pumpkin Seeds

I love sitting outside on fall days.  The sky is clear except for a few wispy clouds.  My lil love is pretending to be a storm chaser sitting on the front steps of our home.  "Look out Mom!  Its an EF4 tornado!"  His hair is blowing in the wind just a little and it looks just like the wispy clouds floating by.  Halloween is just around the corner and we are tying to decorate.  Decorations have changes somewhat since I was little,  Spider webs are much cheeper and they do not come with the fake spider ring that I remember.  Never the less I have worked really hard to make them stick to the brick and look super spooky.  I wish days like this could last forever.  I love fall, it is my favorite time of year;  The smells, the cool breeze, the falling leaves,  the yellowing of the grass.  Every night on our way home I drive James by a home that is decorated for halloween.  He rolls the window down and listens to the spooky noises and music that are playing.  "Mommy", he says "this house is the best"!  I think he may love Halloween as much as I do.  I cannot wait to take James Trick or Treating!  This is the time of year that makes me feel so alive.  Much more alive than any other season.  Everyone has a season and I am for sure a Fall!

These are just a few of my shots from the new Richmond County Judicial Center.  It was so awesome walking through the halls of this huge structure!!!  I even had to wear a hard hat!!  HELLO!!  I have always wanted to wear a hard had and walk around a construction site.  This was my chance, thanks to my daddy!!!!  The Judge!!

Something old.....

If there is one thing you should know about me I am a sucker for antiques!!!  One day I would like to scour the United States for as many pieces of antiques that I could possibly fit into whatever car I may have at that time.  Hopefully a large bus of some kind.
